The restaurant at Hilton Minneapolis Bloomington was amazing with attentive staff. We both ordered wonderful dishes. the staff were very polite all the time. the location was great and amazing, and the free parking was close to the hotel. the venue was set in a pretty nice area.

Stayed at a recently renovated room with modern furniture, comfortable bed and a great panoramic view. Location: the hotel was so close to the bar / restaurant, and Close to the Mall of America. The free parking was close to the venue, great service.

Great breakfast buffet, quiet.

Some cars were vanadalized in the parking lot on our last night there. May be some concerns about security for parking.

The staff here were very patient, and the room was spacious and recently renovated, equipped with a clean fridge, coffee/tea amenities, and a working desk in a convenient location near attractions.

The rooms were great and the location was close to the freeway so it was easy to get around.

Hotel was fine, clean, very comfortable room. Check in-out very easy.

Didn't like that you have to pay for Internet use

Nice place,most staff was great

We were woken up at 715 am by someone trying to get into our room, when we got up to see what was going on we found the front desk man walking away. We were on our honeymoon and did not think a staff member trying to get into our room was a very fun way to wake up. When we asked the front desk man why he had done that he stated he was checking to make sure our key worked. Very strange and inappropriate.

Our family absolutely loved our recent stay at the Hilton in Bloomington! The location was perfect and easily accessible from the highway. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby Mall of America, which was incredibly convenient. The grounds and common areas were spotless, and we enjoyed the refreshing fruit-infused water in the lobby each day. The room service was prompt and the food was delicious. The staff, from the shuttle drivers to the front desk, were friendly and professional. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

We felt right at home during our stay at the Hilton in Bloomington and had no complaints whatsoever.

The shuttle service was very helpful. Each driver was friendly. It was nice to just call and they were right there.

At check-in an extra $100 hold was put on our account. They checked into it when I brought it to their attention. I was told it was reversed, but today, 3 days later, it is still being held.

The room was recently refurbished with a great bed and useful amenities like a refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities. the service at this hotel was excellent. - the staff here was top-class - I would love to return.
